百(bai)米高(gao)墩(dun)(dun)拔地起,大桥飞架(jia)连东(dong)西。1月24日上午(wu),城轨快线(xian)(xian)15号线(xian)(xian)一期(qi)T3航站楼站至龙(long)骏(jun)大道(dao)(dao)站区间(jian),成功(gong)合龙(long)全(quan)长2700米的(de)(de)(de)高(gao)架(jia)特大桥,这也是(shi)15号线(xian)(xian)最长的(de)(de)(de)一个(ge)高(gao)架(jia)特大桥。由(you)于墩(dun)(dun)柱的(de)(de)(de)平均高(gao)度超过70米,相当于20多层(ceng)楼房的(de)(de)(de)高(gao)度,最高(gao)桥墩(dun)(dun)接(jie)近100米,是(shi)目前(qian)国(guo)内城市轨道(dao)(dao)交通之最。
今(jin)后(hou),轨道列(lie)车运行(xing)时,如果有(you)雾,乘客在(zai)车厢内,会有(you)在(zai)云(yun)雾中穿行(xing)的(de)感觉;同时,由于临(lin)近江北国(guo)际机(ji)场,在(zai)这(zhei)里还会呈现轨道列(lie)车行(xing)驶、飞(fei)机(ji)冲(chong)上(shang)云(yun)霄(xiao)的(de)同框景象,这(zhei)将是重(zhong)庆轨道交通的(de)一个新亮点。
该桥(qiao)(qiao)结构受(shou)力复(fu)(fu)杂,合(he)龙段多(duo)(duo)(duo),涉(she)及多(duo)(duo)(duo)次体系转换,施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)技术(shu)(shu)风险及安(an)全风险高(gao)。现场周边环境复(fu)(fu)杂,分别跨(kua)越包茂高(gao)速、既有村道(dao)、高(gao)压线(xian)、输气(qi)(qi)管道(dao)、河道(dao)等(deng)障碍30余(yu)处(chu),涉(she)及高(gao)墩塔(ta)(ta)吊(diao)、爬模(mo)、挂篮等(deng)危(wei)大(da)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)作业,协调工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作量大(da)、重(zhong)(zhong)特大(da)危(wei)险源多(duo)(duo)(duo)、施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)组织困(kun)难(nan)。为攻克(ke)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)过程(cheng)中(zhong)的安(an)全和技术(shu)(shu)难(nan)题,项目(mu)采用了吊(diao)钩可(ke)视化(hua)塔(ta)(ta)吊(diao)、自平衡悬臂筑(zhu)桥(qiao)(qiao)机等(deng)智能化(hua)设备(bei),加强(qiang)大(da)体积混凝土浇筑(zhu)与养护质量控(kong)(kong)制和一(yi)联多(duo)(duo)(duo)跨(kua)悬浇连续梁(liang)高(gao)程(cheng)及轴线(xian)控(kong)(kong)制,攻克(ke)了高(gao)温(wen)气(qi)(qi)候下(xia)(xia)高(gao)墩大(da)跨(kua)桥(qiao)(qiao)梁(liang)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)关键技术(shu)(shu)。项目(mu)采用北斗(dou)+GPS+伽利(li)略(lve)卫(wei)星监测系统(tong)(tong),同时(shi)(shi)将合(he)龙段施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)温(wen)度等(deng)因素(su)加载(zai)至(zhi)理论模(mo)型进行拟合(he)调整(zheng),实(shi)现全桥(qiao)(qiao)精准合(he)龙,确(que)保大(da)桥(qiao)(qiao)线(xian)形变化(hua)在可(ke)控(kong)(kong)范围内。为确(que)保项目(mu)节(jie)点目(mu)标顺利(li)实(shi)现,在重(zhong)(zhong)庆(qing)市铁路集团的统(tong)(tong)筹指挥下(xia)(xia),15号(hao)线(xian)项目(mu)团队(dui)超前谋划,优化(hua)施(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)序,强(qiang)化(hua)管理人(ren)员责任担当,切(qie)实(shi)提(ti)升工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作质效,确(que)保大(da)桥(qiao)(qiao)顺利(li)合(he)龙。城轨快(kuai)线(xian)15号(hao)线(xian)是(shi)重(zhong)(zhong)庆(qing)中(zhong)心城区首条城轨快(kuai)线(xian),最高(gao)运行速度140公里/小时(shi)(shi)。一(yi)期工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)起(qi)于(yu)九(jiu)曲河东站,止于(yu)两江影视城站,长(zhang)(zhang)约39公里,设站14座,均(jun)为地下(xia)(xia)站,其中(zhong)换乘(cheng)站8座;二期工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)西(xi)起(qi)曾(ceng)家(jia)站,东至(zhi)九(jiu)曲河东站(不(bu)含),长(zhang)(zhang)约33公里,设站11座。
该(gai)线(xian)路采用(yong)最(zui)高(gao)运行(xing)速度140公里/小时(shi)的城轨快线(xian)车,从曾家至两江(jiang)影(ying)视城,运行(xing)时(shi)间控制在一小时(shi)内,将极大地满足市(shi)民(min)出行(xing)需(xu)求。该(gai)项目建成后(hou),由西向东联络了重(zhong)(zhong)庆(qing)沙(sha)坪坝区、两江(jiang)新区和渝北(bei)区,串联了大学(xue)城、井口工业园、礼(li)嘉智慧(hui)城、欢乐谷(gu)等重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)(yao)功能区以(yi)及科学(xue)城高(gao)铁站、重(zhong)(zhong)庆(qing)江(jiang)北(bei)国际机场(chang)、高(gao)铁复盛站等主要(yao)(yao)枢纽,覆盖(gai)了多个重(zhong)(zhong)点区域,对(dui)缓解重(zhong)(zhong)庆(qing)轨道线(xian)路客(ke)流压力,优化市(shi)民(min)交通出行(xing)环境,打造“轨道上的都市(shi)区”具(ju)有重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)(yao)意义。
